Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of LyricsFlow MVMaker (the "Service"), provided by the LyricsFlow MVMaker Team ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
The Service is a free web application for creating lyric videos in your browser. Features may be added, changed or removed without notice.
2. Your content and rights
- You keep all rights to the audio, lyrics and other material you use with the Service. We do not receive or claim any of it.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights or permissions (including copyright and neighbouring rights) for any music, lyrics, images or video you use, and for complying with the rules of any platform where you publish the resulting videos.
3. Use of generated videos
You may use videos exported from the Service for personal and commercial purposes, including monetised uploads, provided your use of the underlying music and lyrics is lawful. The animations and backgrounds produced by the Service may be included in your videos without separate permission or credit. Credit or a link to the Service is appreciated but not required. Exported videos contain a small watermark logo, which you may crop or remove.
4. Prohibited use
You must not:
- use the Service to create content that infringes others' rights, or is illegal, defamatory, hateful or harmful;
- attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure;
- copy, redistribute or resell the Service's source code, design or assets as your own service;
- interfere with the display of advertisements by automated means in a way that defrauds advertisers.
5. Third-party services
Optional features use third-party services (for example the Groq and OpenAI transcription APIs). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and any fees they charge are your responsibility.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that exports will succeed on every device. Please keep backups of your files and timelines.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service, including loss of data or disputes over the content you create.
8. Changes
We may revise these Terms. The revised Terms take effect when published on this page.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
