Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how the LyricsFlow MVMaker Team ("we", "us") handles information when you use https://lyricsflowmvmaker.stream/ (the "Service").
1. Files you use in the editor
Audio files, lyric files (SRT/LRC), timeline files and exported videos are processed locally in your web browser. They are not uploaded to our servers, and we have no access to them. Exported MP4 files are created on your device and saved directly by your browser.
2. Information stored on your device
The Service uses your browser's localStorage to remember:
- whether you chose not to show the welcome screen again;
- your saved favorite style settings;
- API keys you enter for the optional Groq or OpenAI transcription feature.
This data stays on your device and is not sent to us. You can remove it at any time by clearing the site data in your browser settings.
3. Optional automatic transcription
If you choose to use the Groq Whisper API or the OpenAI Whisper API, your browser sends the selected audio file and your API key directly to that provider to create subtitles. This transfer does not pass through our servers. The provider processes the data under its own terms and privacy policy:

If you choose the in-browser Whisper option, the speech recognition model is downloaded from a public content delivery network (Hugging Face / jsDelivr) and the audio is processed on your device only.
4. Cookies and consent
We use Cookiebot by Usercentrics as a consent management platform. When you first visit, you can accept or reject non-essential cookies by category. Until you consent, Google tags run in a restricted mode (Google Consent Mode v2) and do not store advertising or analytics cookies. You can change your choice at any time using the cookie settings link or the declaration below.
5. Access analysis (Google Analytics)
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the Service is used, for example which pages are visited and which features are popular. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type. This information does not identify you personally. For details, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
6. Advertising (Google AdSense and Google Ad Manager)
The Service displays advertisements provided by Google AdSense, and may show video advertisements through Google Ad Manager (Interactive Media Ads SDK).
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at www.aboutads.info.

7. Other external services
To display the Service, your browser loads web fonts from Google Fonts and software libraries (such as ffmpeg.wasm) from public CDNs (unpkg, jsDelivr). These providers may receive your IP address and browser information as part of normal web requests.
8. Information you send us
When you contact us through the contact form, we receive the information you enter (such as your name, email address and message). We use it only to respond to your inquiry and do not share it with third parties except where required by law.
9. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the Service or applicable laws change. The latest version is always published on this page with the date of the last update.
