Before you write

- For bug reports, please include your browser and version, operating system, the aspect ratio and export settings you used, and what happened. A screenshot helps a lot.
- Please do not attach audio files containing unreleased music. We never need your song to investigate a problem.
Response time
We are a small team and usually reply within a few business days. We may not be able to answer every message, especially requests for individual video production.
